me: (while talking to the guy who sits beside me) Paano kita susunduin eh di ka pa nakakasakay ng MRT?
altruisticnarcissist: Mukhang efficient yung upuan niyong dalawa ah.
(The guy was sitting at the far end of the table near the wall and was trapped. I sit next to him at the middle of the row)
The rest of the people at our table makes "kilig" sounds
guy: Screw you.
me: What did he say? Seriously, I didn't hear what he said. (I only found out after I asked my other friend after we ate)
guy: Di mo narinig? Good.
